Jamie and I have been pilates partners for 4 years. During a class, when I mentioned that I needed to do major upgrades to my home he volunteered the names of a number of roofers, painters and other home repair people that he uses in upgrading clients homes. These references worked out very well for me, and the jobs were well done. Then, since I wanted to lease my house, Jamie gave me tips on renting my West LA home on the Web.

When I decided that my time and expertise weren't enough to rent my home myself, Jamie offered to handle the whole transaction. For a very reasonable fee, Jamie did all the lease listings (from MLS to Westside Rentals) and on-site advertising, helped me with all the ins-and-outs of preparing a home to be an attractive rental, handled all the screening and qualifying of prospects and finalized the lease contracts with my new renters, including some difficult negotiations as we got to final stages. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. His sensitivity to the market place was incredible. I plan to use Jamie for future leases, or to sell my home.
