We are writing this letter to give the strongest possible recommendation for choosing Jamie Tsai as your realtor.  With his effort, we were able to find our dream home in the heart of the west side of Los Angles, which is one of the most competitive housing markets in the country.  During this difficult process, we rely on Jamies informative and candid advice on market trend, home pricing assessment, and feng shui evaluation.  We could not have done it without Jamie!!

We started to work with Jaime in April, 2002, after we have gone through several other real estate agents  At such time, we have had zero exposure to the real estate market, and looking back, there really is a huge gap in our mind between the house we like and the price we feel fair to pay for.  It is no surprise that we found it difficult to work with most realtors.  But Jamie is an exception.  We were comfortable discussing our (naive) views with him, and we never felt being push into rushing to buy anything.  Jamie's number one goal is always helping us to choose the best option.  His patience and his "client-centered" philosophy really distinguish him from all the others.

With a graduate degree in civil engineering and over 20 years of experience in hand, Jamie is an encyclopedia of real estate and is always ready to share his wisdom.  When we were checking out houses, he provided valuable opinions not only on location and pricing, but also on the architectures - from the overall building issue down to the style and quality of the cabinets and counter tops finishing. During the process of negotiation and escrow period, Jamie is truly detail oriented, and took us hand in hand through the big maze of the paperwork. 

After the close, Jamie also gives us good advice on the needy greedy of move-in as well as introducing his handyman for minor remodeling in the house.  For a first-time homeowner like us, each of these steps used to look so daunting.  But with Jamie's help, we have overcome all of them. 

All in all, we are truly lucky to have Jamie as our realtor.  He always puts the clients interest as the first priority, and is truly knowledgeable in the trade.  We know we will be calling for his help down the road, and we full-heartedly recommend him to everyone.
