My family came to United States as new immigrants five years ago to pursue our American dreams. One of our dreams is to buy our own home. During these five years we have been living in the apartment provided by UCLA housing authority. We have to move out in a few months after the contract expires.

We want to buy rather to rent again. We started the search for our dream home. However, it is really hard and almost impossible for a first-time buyers to buy a home by himself. To get an ideal home in consideration of good location, right size, and great floor plan design in a short time is really tough even though some friends also tried to help. We almost gave up. We recognize that Jamie lists, buys and sells multi-million dollars home for his clients. Our transaction is relatively small compared to others of his. Jamie never lets up and helps us whenever we need him throughout the whole escrow. I think he really CARES for his clients and their needs.
