In today's business world, where greed and financial gain dictate and plot guidelines in customer relations, it is very refreshing to be proved wrong. This was the case with Jamie Tsai.
Shortly after relocating to Southern California, we started to look for a place to call home. In the course of our search, we came across real estate agents who were only interested in the commission and how much of it.
We got to know Jamie by simply contacting him on one of his listings seen on a drive by. Said listing was quite over our budget, but Jamie's attitude and patience answering our questions was very overwhelming. His willingness, openness and lack of pressure made all the difference in the world. Over the next several months, Jamie became our consultant attending to our real estate needs. With his broad knowledge of civil engineering as well as the local real estate market analysis, he would guide us through properties that would interest my wife and me, easing our decision making. For the longest time, due to the sellers market condition and competitive multiple offers, we were not able to purchase our dream home. However, this did not discourage Jamie and he remained a true friend. With Jamie on our side, we were confident that he was looking out for our best interest, not his own. In one occasion, where we were only days away from closing, he urged us to seek legal advice which eventually resulted in backing out of the deal. This was truly an act of unselfishness where most agents would have not reacted in the same manner knowing the possibility of the commission loss.
Ultimately, we found another property which we were fortunate to acquire. Jamie guided us through the lengthy purchase process, sharing his wisdom and knowledge. At times where going got though, Jamie got going. We were blessed and fortunate to have Jamie as our representative. He is a man of high integrity and honesty.
Jamie, my family and I thank you for all your hard work, patience and time that you spent on us. I admire your honesty and professionalism. I do highly recommend you to anyone seeking to purchase a property.
Best regards
