Four months ago, we moved into our new home, in Cheviot Hills. This has been our dream house. This would not have been possible without the help of Jamie Tsai eight months ago.

2002 was a sellers market, with house prices snow balling upwards by the day. Certain circumstances made us desperate to find a new home quickly and still stay within our budget. Jamie answered the call wholeheartedly. In fact he even interrupted his Hawaiian vacation to negotiate our deal. He was informative about the neighborhood where we wanted to find a house. And he even had inside information about the neighbors in the area, after all Jamie is a resident of Cheviot Hills.

Always prompt and very attentive to both of our busy schedules, Jamie effortlessly guided us through what we thought was an extremely stressful time. He calmly guided us through the housing market until we found our dream house. And just as things were getting very tense as we were going through escrow, Jamie made the deal go through at the "11th hour" no doubt through his experience and calm demeanor.

How can you find such a "small town" personality in a town filled with "big name" impersonal real estate agents? Both of us feel that there is no other real estate agent like Jamie Tsai. So here we are, 4 months later in our house of our dream and Jamie is still to be found, answering our questions and helping us settle into our neighborhood.

He has always made his presence available, a true neighbor and friend. We sincerely recommend Jamie without reservations and would be glad to answer any question that you may have about him.
