We recently purchased our first home in the West Los Angeles area, with Jaime Tsai as our realtor. Our offer was a back-up offer, to the back-up offer. Needless to say, we felt that our chance was slim. Jaime kept us informed as to the proceedings of the first 2 offers and we were pleasantly surprised when we were informed that the offer proceeding ours, had fallen through.

Once we began our escrow, Jamie was always a phone call away when questions needed to be answered and glitches addressed. Even after we closed escrow, I have called him several times for additional information and he is still willing to provide assistance.

We have maintained a friendship with Jamie and would refer family and friends when they decide to purchase
a home.
